Terms of service

1. Who these terms are with
Qreator is operated by MT Digital Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. "We", "us" and "Qreator" mean that company; "you" means the person or organisation using the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
2. Your account
You need an account only for dynamic codes and analytics. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your workspace. One person or organisation per workspace; do not resell workspace seats.
3. Ownership of generated codes
QR codes you generate are yours. Static codes contain your data and nothing of ours — you may use them commercially, at any size, without attribution. We claim no licence over your artwork, logos or destination content.
4. Acceptable use of dynamic redirects
Dynamic codes route through our servers, so they carry rules. Do not point them at malware, phishing pages, content that is illegal where it is served, or automated redirect chains designed to disguise a destination. We may disable a code that violates this, and will tell you why.
5. Billing
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your plan active until the end of the current period. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability on the redirect layer and treat redirect downtime as our most serious class of incident. We do not, however, promise uninterrupted service, and the service is provided without warranties beyond those the law requires.
7. Termination
You may delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend an account for repeated violations of section 3 or for non-payment. On termination, dynamic codes stop resolving — static codes you already downloaded keep working forever.
8. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
